About the Role
365 Alongside is seeking a Maintenance All-Rounder who thrives on variety, takes pride in their work, and is ready to be part of a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role across multiple trade scopes—no two days are the same.
You’ll be working on:

General building and property maintenance

Basic carpentry, plaster patching, painting

Door repairs, fence fixes, hardware replacement

Small-scale make goods and insurance works

Working across commercial, residential and body corporate sites
About You

Strong background in general building or trade maintenance

Competent in a range of repair and trade tasks

Problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, well-presented and takes pride in a job well done

Driver’s licence and own vehicle
