We are providing an exciting opportunity for a Sales/ New Business Development Persons who have proven experience and skills to join our team.
The persons will be joining a team that is dynamic, professional and enjoy working with customers in our family run business.
Working directly for the General Manager, from its Capalaba office (Brisbane, Queensland) business, the Sales Rep focus is to achieve sales targets with new and existing customers for Turf Green’s landscaping business in a professional manner, to ensure that all customer’s requirements are satisfied. You are expected to gain an intimate knowledge of our customers and Turf Greens requirements and expectations and use technical and innovative approaches in the application of our services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Must have proven sales experience and growth strategies in the landscape industry business.
· Develop and increase relationships with new and existing clients.
· Proven ability to close business opportunities with new and existing clients.
· Proven extensive experience in estimating/quoting/tendering using a cloud-based quoting system.
· Ability to follow procedures and completion of estimations/quotes within a 24hr window and updating the sales pipeline and customers files. Plans and photos will be required to be completed in the system also.
· Productive at achieving sales targets, reporting, profits and keeping sales funnel up to date.
· Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and interpersonal and the ability to interact will a variety of stakeholders including customers, other employees and suppliers.
· Proven knowledge in marketing and social media outlets.

· Hold a valid driver’s license.
· Hold a construction white card.
· A working with children Blue card would be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $61,586.28 – $85,000.00 per year
