Key Details
Hours: Casual - Monday to Friday worked between 8am to 5:15pm
Location: PRP Imaging Contact Centre located in Blacktown
About the Position
Responsible for managing the critical first contact with our patients through inbound calls, you will provide exceptional customer service booking patients for our extensive range of imaging procedures. Day to day you will:
- Guide patients through any pre-appointment preparation requirements
- Accurately manage patient information across multiple systems
- Process billing with precision
- Liaise with referring doctors and the PRP clinical and on-site team
- Help shape and improve our systems, processes, and Contact Centre culture
- Be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and ongoing improvement.
