IVF Case Manager – Superannuation Early Release | $60,000-$65,000 + Bonuses | 100% Remote
The Opportunity:
Access My Super is seeking motivated IVF Case Managers to join our growing team. We help Australians access their superannuation for essential IVF medical treatment through the ATO's Early Release initiative.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with flexible hours within business hours (9am-5pm). You can be based anywhere in Australia – city or regional.
What You'll Do:
- Contact patients within 24 hours of clinic referral
- Explain the early release process and guide patients through applications
- Coordinate GP and psychiatrist appointments and collect required treatment documentation
- Liaise with our IVF clinic partners in the preparation of super release applications
- Prepare and lodge applications with the Australian Taxation Office
- Manage 20-40 active cases through a 15-25 day process
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide clinic updates
- Build and support relationships with our partner IVF clinics
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working admin in the IVF medical field is mandatory
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and disciplined (essential for remote work)
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail – errors delay applications
- Empathy for patients in stressful financial and medical situations
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in additional healthcare, insurance, or customer service
- Knowledge of Australian superannuation system
- Experience in high-volume call environments
