Homart Pharmaceuticals is established in 1992, specializing in manufacturing & marketing health supplements, skincare, dairy and pet supplements. We are looking for a full time Facility Officer to join our IT & Facility team.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in construction, renovation, and maintenance, and will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to support smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and repair of all facilities and infrastructure
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety standards
- Manage emergency preparedness, safety, and security measures
- Coordinate space planning and utilisation across sites
- Oversee utilities and waste management services
- Manage vendor relationships and contract performance
- Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance of facilities operations
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting
- Lead and deliver facilities-related projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and service providers
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including faults, blockages, interruptions, and repairs
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and related infrastructure
- Proven track record in project management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong knowledge of building codes, legislation, and safety regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
- Strong financial, budgeting, and estimating capabilities
- Ethical and astute, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Results-oriented, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
