- Shifts ranging from 3–6 hours
- Primarily community access support, including social outings, appointments, shopping, and recreational activities
- Some assistance with daily living, tailored to the participant's individual needs
- Opportunity to build meaningful, supportive relationships while promoting independence and choice
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in the disability sector is essential
- Female support worker (this is a genuine occupational requirement)
- Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) if required
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
