We inspire kids aged 5–13 to create with technology through fun, hands-on Holiday Camps and After School Programs. Our mission is to spark curiosity, build confidence, and empower the next generation of tech creators.
We have an established sales team partnering with schools across the country to run our programs throughout the year, both in-term and during school holidays.
Your mandate
An ambitious graduate or someone who has recently started a career in sales.
Win new school partnerships to grow the number of schools running our afterschool and holiday programs.
Loves winning new business and is motivated by targets, activity and closing.
Responsibilities – day to day
New Business Development
Prospect, qualify and close new school partnerships in your territory
Drive consistent outbound activity across phone, email and events
Book and run discovery meetings with key school decision-makers
Deliver compelling pitches and proposals that convert
Pipeline & Sales Execution
Build and maintain a strong, accurate pipeline in the CRM
Manage your sales cycle end-to-end: outreach discovery proposal close
Maintain high activity levels aligned to weekly targets and conversion metrics
Submit reliable weekly and termly forecasts
Territory Planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and local growth initiatives
Work with Service Ops to ensure smooth handover of newly signed schools for program launch
Feed market insights back into product, pricing and positioning
Sales Enablement & Continuous Improvement
Use and contribute to playbooks, sequences, talk tracks and collateral
Test, learn and refine what works in the school market
Stay current on the education landscape and competitor activity
The successful candidate will be:
A strong communicator and a confident speaker with decision makers
Highly driven, resilient and have a genuine interest in sales
Coachable and have a track record of achieving goals (university, sport, part-time work or interns)
Comfortable using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity
Data-literate and outcomes-focused
Energetic, self-directed and motivated by targets and commission
Thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment
