Gradi Fine Foods is looking for a flexible Warehouse & Logistics All-Rounder to join our production and logistics team in Coburg North.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is confident in a warehouse environment, and can also support driving and delivery needs when required.
This is a hands-on all-rounder role where your shifts may vary depending on business needs. Some shifts may be focused on warehouse and storeperson duties, while others may involve supporting logistics runs across Melbourne.
Employment Type & Pay
Casual and part-time positions available.
Hours will generally range from 8–35 hours per week, depending on availability and operational needs.
Classification: Level 5 Manufacturing
Award rates apply under the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020.
- Part-time rate: $29.45 per hour
- Casual rate: $36.81 per hour, inclusive of casual loading

Availability
We are looking for candidates with flexible availability across Monday to Sunday.
Shifts may vary depending on weekly business requirements, including warehouse support, stock movement and driving coverage.

Who We Are
Gradi Fine Foods is part of the Gradi Group, the team behind 400 Gradi, Zero Gradi, Mercato and Gradi Pronto.
Our Coburg North production facility supports our venues, wholesale partners and retail operations by producing and distributing quality food products across Melbourne.
About the Role
This role supports the movement of stock, ingredients, packaging and finished products across Gradi Fine Foods and the wider Gradi Group.
You’ll assist with warehouse operations, stock movement, forklift duties and delivery support depending on weekly business requirements.
This role would suit someone reliable, practical and flexible, who is comfortable switching between warehouse work and driving duties as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with warehouse and storeperson duties
- Load, unload and move stock safely
- Operate a forklift as required
- Support stock organisation, rotation and general logistics tasks
- Complete driving and delivery duties when required
- Transport food products and supplies safely between locations
- Maintain basic warehouse and delivery documentation
- Keep work areas, vehicles and equipment clean, safe and presentable
- Work flexibly across logistics tasks depending on business needs
What You’ll Bring
- Valid Forklift Licence
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, storeperson work or similar
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Flexibility to work across both warehouse and driving duties
- Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- Physically capable of manual handling, loading and unloading duties
- Availability across Monday to Sunday preferred
