Why this role matters
What if you could shape how an organisation manages and reduces cyber risk at scale? We’re building our Vulnerability Management capability from the ground up and hiring two Vulnerability Analysts to form the foundation of this function. This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where you’ll identify risk, influence remediation, and help modernise how we protect critical systems across our technology landscape.
How you'll be part of the action
We’re hiring across two levels, giving you the opportunity to either step into ownership or build your capability in vulnerability management. Reporting to the Security Operations leadership team, you’ll partner with engineers, risk teams, and stakeholders to identify, assess, and drive remediation of vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
- Identify and analyse vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications and cloud environments
- Assess risk, exploitability and business impact to prioritise remediation activities
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to drive timely vulnerability resolution
- Investigate issues by working backwards from incidents to root cause
- Operate and optimise vulnerability tools and security platforms
- Contribute to improving processes, reporting and automation across the function
What you'll need to succeed
You bring a strong technical foundation paired with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset. You’re someone who wants to understand not just what is happening, but why — and uses that insight to improve systems and outcomes.
- Experienced in or exposure to vulnerability management and security operations environments
- Strong technical understanding of operating systems, networks and cloud security fundamentals
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with tools like CrowdStrike, Palo Alto or similar platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot, investigate and work backwards to identify root causes
- Understanding of security processes and frameworks and the reasoning behind them
- Interest in automation and improving efficiency through scripting or tooling
