Client Details:
We are seeking a part-time Japanese Speaking Administration Assistant based in Sydney CBD to provide day-to-day administrative support on a 2–3 days per week basis.
This role will suit a well-organized individual with excellent communication and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities and duties:
- Provide various administrative support
- Telephone, diary management, travels coordination
- Arrange office supplies and maintain office facilities
- Maintain company databases
- Undertake ad hoc project / requests
- Liaising with external bodies as required
Any other duties as requested

Your Profile
- Previous experience in similar role is advantageous
- Strong administrative, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both in English and in Japanese
- A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
