An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Allied Health Assistant to join our friendly, dynamic Rehab at Home Team. Rehab at Home is a 20-bed inpatient bed-substitution program that provides short-term, intensive rehabilitation to clients who have discharged early from hospital. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team offering rehabilitation to clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or general medical diagnoses.
Provision of goal- directed, interdisciplinary rehabilitation as prescribed by Allied Health Professionals (OT, PT, SP)

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
