We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a busy Indian restaurant.
About the Role
- Prepare authentic Indian dishes to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation
- Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with kitchen preparation, stock control and daily operations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
About You
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including curries, tandoor and traditional dishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Reliable, hardworking and well organised
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
