Bookface is seeking an experienced full-time Store Manager for our independent bookstore in the St Ives Shopping Village. The ideal candidate will oversee our daily operations, lead our dedicated team of booksellers and be able to share their expert knowledge and enthusiasm of books with our customers.
As Store Manager your role is to ensure the bookstore runs smoothly, staff are trained to provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory and visual merchandising, as well as rostering and administrative duties. This position is responsible for ensuring our strategic objectives are met.
