As our Chinese-Speaking Administrative Assistant, you will be the organisational heartbeat of our team. Your bilingual skills will ensure smooth communication between English and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers, while your administrative and data expertise will keep our operations running like clockwork. You’ll be the go-to person for coordination, documentation, and client support—making a tangible difference in how we connect and deliver.
What You'll Do
- Direct correspondence with our clients especially Chinese speaking Clients (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Provide bilingual administrative support, including translating documents and interpreting during meetings.
- Handle general office duties including data entry and validation and invoice reconciliations
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems,
- Support finance processes such as invoice tracking and expense reporting
- Assist with event coordination, from logistics to on-the-day support.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in both written English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
