By joining our Engineering practice, you will be a dedicated FinXL consultant deployed on high-impact enterprise engagements. Your first major mission with us will see you taking the helm of network services on a highly visible transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead network infrastructure delivery for strategic projects and enterprise initiatives
Drive operational readiness, resilience, and performance of enterprise network services
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Network Services engineers
Oversee vendor performance, service reviews, and contract obligations
Manage incidents, problems, changes, and risks in accordance with ITIL practices
Lead network security hardening activities and ensure regulatory compliance
Deliver capacity planning, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills & Experience
Proven technical leadership or team lead experience within enterprise network services
Strong expertise in Cisco networking, firewalls, and F5 infrastructure platforms
Experience developing network architecture, design, and operational documentation
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and contractor obligations and performance
Solid understanding of ITIL practices, incident management, and service levels
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, ACI, NSX, and SDA
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team mentoring
