We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable team member to step into our Surgeon Liaison role — supporting communication between our clinic and referring surgeons, and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, no weekends), based at our Carina head office. You’ll be part of our central admin team that supports all 13 of our clinics across Brisbane — working closely with therapists, surgeons and fellow admin staff.
What the role involves:
- Managing communication with surgeons and their rooms
- Reviewing theatre lists and coordinating patient follow-up
- Booking and coordinating co-appointments
- Managing inpatient referrals and related communication
- Processing and organising surgeon referrals and documentation
- Keeping surgeon contact details and preferences up to date
- Supporting therapists with surgeon-related coordination
- Working closely with a supportive admin team to keep everything running smoothly
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in medical or allied health administration (strongly preferred)
- Are confident communicating with surgeons and their rooms in a clear, professional and organised way
- Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
- Can prioritise effectively when things are urgent or time-sensitive
- Are reliable and consistent — you show up, follow things through, and can be depended on
- Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workflow
- Take pride in keeping communication, documentation and follow-up accurate and up to date
- Are adaptable and able to find practical solutions as situations change throughout the day

This is an on-site role based at our Carina head office. Due to the nature of the position, consistent attendance and reliability are essential.
