Ben’s Burgers is growing and we’re looking for enthusiastic team members to join our fast-paced burger shop.
We’re currently hiring:
- Grill Cook (BOH) – Priority Position
- Kitchen Team Members (BOH)
- Front of House Team Members (FOH)
Grill Cook (Preferred Candidate)
We are actively seeking an experienced Grill Cook who can confidently work the grill section and assist with kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grill burgers, chicken and other menu items
- Food preparation and stock management
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support kitchen operations and team coordination during service
- Assist with ordering and stock control where required
FOH Responsibilities
- Customer service and order taking
- Cash handling and POS operation
- Food handover and drink preparation
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous hospitality, fast-food or burger shop experience preferred
✔ Grill experience highly regarded for BOH applicants
✔ Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Supervisor experience is an advantage
✔ Valid Australian work rights
Availability Requirements
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
For Grill Cook applicants: Availability from Thursday to Saturday evenings until midnight is essential.
