You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.
You're all about the detail and this role will allow you to drive evidence-based decision making to optimise systems and efficiency, not just for the business but for our customers too. It's data and research with impact you can see.
In this role, you'll:
The Installation Specialist coordinates end-to-end installation activities for ticketing systems across multiple transport environments, ensuring works are delivered accurately, safely, and in line with contractual requirements. The role involves supervising site readiness, stakeholder coordination, asset tracking, and project delivery to support the rollout and maintenance of critical infrastructure.
The role also involves physical installation and removal of ticketing infrastructure across all modes of public transport statewide. The role involves travel across all of NSW and you will need to be able to work autonomously at times.
The role also acts an escalation point for all ticketing device related issues.
This role involves many different working environments and at times work is required outside normal business hours, that being afternoon, night and weekend shifts due to the nature of Public transport.
The role is covered by the Transport for NSW and Sydney Metro Salaries and Conditions of Employment Award 2022, including relevant provisions relating to shift work and overtime.
