We're recruiting our first-ever Cafe Manager.
As we grow, we're looking for an experienced hospitality leader ready to take ownership of the day-to-day and grow with the team.

About this role:
The Cafe Manager is the senior leader on the floor, reporting directly to the owners.
You're responsible for the day-to-day performance of the cafe - team, culture, guest experience, coffee and food quality, and the numbers. You set the tone. You hold the standards. You keep the cafe pumping from open to close.
Fast when needed.
Calm when it matters.
Always clean and tidy.
Quality every cup and plate.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead from the floor, coach in real time, and build a strong, accountable team culture.
Pay: $68,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
