An Early Childhood Educator at Reddam ELS plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional early learning experiences for children aged 1-5 years, with a holistic focus on emotional, social, and cognitive development. In alignment with the Reggio Emilia philosophy, the educator will nurture curiosity, independence, and a love for learning, while forming collaborative relationships with families to foster a community of trust and respect.
Our passionate and highly skilled educators provide a holistic early years program, engaging children in Music, Language, Sport, Drama, and Dance. Through this rich and diverse curriculum, we nurture key developmental competencies, spark curiosity, and support each child’s personal interests—preparing them confidently for the next stage of their educational journey.
Our state-of-the-art facilities are thoughtfully designed to support optimal learning experiences for infants and toddlers. Flexible classroom layouts and high-quality resources create dynamic spaces for exploration, creativity, and growth—indoors and out.
Children at Reddam ELS also enjoy nutritious, balanced meals prepared fresh on-site by our dedicated catering team. We promote healthy eating habits while ensuring even the fussiest eaters are well cared for.
Located just a 3-minute walk from St Leonards Train and Crows Nest Metro, our purpose-built centre offers state-of-the-art facilities and a nurturing environment where educators and children thrive together.
As a casual educator (2–5 days per week), you’ll work alongside passionate colleagues to deliver meaningful learning experiences that foster independence, creativity, and a love of discovery.
