Our client, RJA Painting and Decoration Pty Ltd is looking for experienced painter for their business.
Job Title:
Painting Trades Worker
Job Responsibility:
· Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper and other finishes to protect, maintain and decorate surfaces of buildings and structures
Duties:
· Paint the interiors of apartments, condos, units, townhouses and other multi-household buildings as required
· Work with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians and plumbers, to prepare units for lease
· Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping
· Collaborate with other professional painters on larger jobs
· Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner
· Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects
· Meet with property managers to discuss colour and finish options as well as other design details for leasing spaces
Qualification Requirements:
· AQF Certificate IV or Higher
· 1-2 years of experience in related field
Salary:
· $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
Employment conditions:
· Full Time
· 38 hours per week
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
