Position Title: Sales Promotion Officer/ Marketing Specialist

Position Purpose
The Sales Promotion Officer designs and executes marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality B2B leads for Regus Australia’s flexible workspace networks, coworking spaces, and corporate office solutions.
- Provide strategic feedback on workspace pricing, promotional discounts, and booking channel frameworks.
- Apply statistical modeling to evaluate how promotional offers and flexible contract terms impact occupancy rates and company profitability.
- Track and report on campaign ROI to senior executives using regular performance dashboards and data insights.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase Regus brand visibility, boost center occupancy rates, and drive qualified business-to-business (B2B) leads.
- Create engaging digital content for social media and promotional materials highlighting flexible office access plans, hybrid workplace models, and virtual office solutions.
- Optimise digital marketing campaigns using SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to capture high-intent commercial tenants.
- Manage and grow corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to build an online community of business professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and brokers to execute compliant, localised workspace promotional campaigns across regional centers.
- Coordinate promotional events such as physical center tours, networking mixers, and webinars to generate direct workspace inquiries.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns combining digital advertising, B2B influencer outreach, and content marketing frameworks.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics (inbound inquiry velocity, website conversions, and click-through rates) to refine active marketing strategies.
- Research market trends in commercial real estate and shifting hybrid workforce patterns to identify high-demand corporate growth zones.
- Conduct competitor research on serviced office pricing and inclusions to uncover new geographic market opportunities.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials including center showcase videos, office lifestyle blogs, and digital commercial brochures.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), corporate brand standards, and national advertising guidelines.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related commercial field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated marketing or sales promotion role, preferably within real estate, property management, or B2B services.
- Strong understanding of the Australian commercial property landscape and corporate purchasing behaviors.
Key Skills
- Digital Marketing: Proficient with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Data Analytics: Skilled in using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and SEMrush to measure campaign performance.
- CRM Systems: Experience using corporate CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track marketing leads.
- Creativity & Agility: Strong copywriting skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight project deadlines.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
