SunRice is currently seeking motivated Production Operators to join our team at our Leeton site.
About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working to meet production targets and deliver quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Perform product changeovers and assist with hygiene clean-downs
Conduct quality checks and manage product rework where required
Maintain a clean, safe and compliant work environment
Follow all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and GMP requirements
Handle chemicals and equipment safely in line with procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives

Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous (but not essential)
Flexibility to work a rotating roster (day, afternoon, and night shifts)
