Key duties include:
Prepare & cook high quality meals in accordance with menu requirements.
Maintain food safety hygiene standards
Assist with menu planning.
Stock control & kitchen operations.
Supervise & support kitchen staff as required.
Skills & requirements :
Diploma of kitchen Management or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with the qualification, or at least 3 years of experience as a Chef.
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Salary $75,000 - $80,000 per year + Superannuation.
