The Receptionist / Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors to the Adelaide Pirie Street office. As an ambassador for the business, the Receptionist / Office Coordinator is responsible for providing reception and front of house services together with general administrative support as required.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Office administration and coordination tasks for the Pirie Street office, including visitor management and the coordination of events and activities.

Manage visitor building access passes, liaising with Security, including the submission and monitoring of visitor access requests

Escort visitors and facilities contractors as required

Assist with meeting room and car park bookings

Manage catering arrangements for meetings, morning teas, and staff events, site POC for social club events

Monitor office equipment and supplies (stationery, office/kitchen supplies, coffee machine, printer/copier)

General administration tasks as required
About you:
- Substantial experience in general administration in a corporate environment

Experience in documentation presentation and internal communications

Observant of surrounds with high standards relating to the physical presentation of work spaces

Substantial experience in proactive ownership and action of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates

Proactive approach to the management and escalation of issues

Well-presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Understand the importance of representing the business as an ambassador for Lockheed Martin Australia

Open and positive attitude with ability to manage competing priorities

Confident, resilient, tenacious and flexible approach
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
