Tradewind Australia is partnering with a not for profit organisation to recruit an OSHC Service Leader for a well-established and highly valued Out of School Hours Care program.

About the Role
As the OSHC Service Leader, you will oversee the daily operation of the before and after school care program, ensuring a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for children.
Working Monday to Friday, the role involves morning and afternoon shifts with a break during the middle of the day. The school understands that split shifts may not suit everyone and is willing to discuss flexible options with suitable applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service

Plan and implement engaging experiences for school-aged children

Supervise, support and mentor educators

Build positive relationships with children, families and school staff

Maintain compliance with National Quality Framework requirements

Ensure a safe, inclusive and child-focused environment

Manage administration, documentation and service operations
Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent

Current or pending VIT Registration

Previous experience within OSHC, school-aged care or a similar education setting

Leadership experience or demonstrated capability to lead a team

Strong communication and organisational skills

Sound understanding of child safety and regulatory requirements
