About Legend Institute
Legend Institute is a registered training organisation delivering nationally recognised trade and business qualifications to domestic and international students. We are seeking a confident and motivated Marketing Officer Intern to primarily support our education-agent engagement, relationship management and student recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact education agents by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
- Introduce Legend Institute’s courses, promotional offers and admission requirements to agents.
- Schedule appointments and assist with regular visits to education-agent offices.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing agents.
- Follow up with agents regarding student enquiries, applications and enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of agent contacts, meetings, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Update and manage the education-agent database.
- Distribute course information, fee schedules, promotional materials and regular updates.
- Assist with onboarding new education agents and collecting required documentation.
- Coordinate agent meetings, information sessions, campus tours and networking events.
- Collect agent feedback and report market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the admissions team to support applications received through agents.
- Help prepare agent newsletters, email campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide general support for student recruitment and marketing activities.
Skills and Experience
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
- Confident speaking with education agents by telephone and in person.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Professional and friendly approach with good follow-up skills.
- Ability to organise appointments, maintain records and manage multiple contacts.
- Willingness to travel locally to visit education agencies.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email marketing, Canva or CRM software.
- Knowledge of the Australian international education sector is desirable but not essential.
- Multilingual skills and an existing education-agent network will be highly regarded.
