NDIS Registered Nurse – Casual
Job Profile
Bridge Assist is looking for a caring and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual contractor basis.
This role is about more than just providing clinical care. You’ll work directly with NDIS participants, getting to know their individual needs and helping them feel safe, supported and confident in their everyday lives.
You may provide nursing support in participants’ homes or other community settings, monitor their health and wellbeing, assist with their individual care needs, and work alongside families, support workers and other health professionals.
You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, have good communication skills and care about making a positive difference in the lives of the people you support.

Employment Type- Casual
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and respectful nursing care based on each participant’s individual needs
- Support participants with their health and wellbeing
- Monitor and respond appropriately to changes in a participant’s health
- Provide nursing support within your scope of practice
- Follow individual care plans and relevant clinical requirements
- Communicate with participants, families, support workers and other health professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes
- Report concerns, incidents or changes in a participant’s condition when required
- Respect each participant’s privacy, dignity, choices and independence
- Follow Bridge Assist policies, procedures and NDIS requirements
- Work professionally and respectfully with participants and their support networks
