An established and busy espresso bar in the Sydney CBD is looking for an experienced Full-Time Chef to join our team.
Monday to Friday only – 6:00am to 3:00pm
No nights. No weekends. No public holidays.
We specialise in premium breakfast and lunch service, with a strong focus on artisan deli sandwiches, fresh café favourites and quality food made to order.
About the Role
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch service
- Produce high-quality deli sandwiches and café menu items
- Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
- Assist with ordering, stock control and food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
About You
- Previous experience as a café or breakfast chef is essential
- Fast, organised and able to work independently
- Passion for fresh, quality food
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Food Safety Certificate preferred
