Job description
Typical responsibilities include:
- Repairing doors, windows, locks, and furniture.
- Fixing minor plumbing issues such as leaking taps and blocked drains.
- Performing basic electrical work, such as replacing light bulbs, switches, and power outlets (where permitted by local regulations).
- Painting, patching walls, and carrying out minor carpentry.
- Assembling furniture and installing shelves, curtains, and fixtures.
- Conducting routine building inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Keeping tools and work areas clean and following safety procedures.
- Reporting maintenance issues that require specialist tradespeople.
Pay: $4,500.00 – $6,500.00 per month
