The Role:
The GODIVA Store Supervisor works in close alignment with the Store Manager as a brand ambassador and a leader in delivering enriched experiences for our people and our customers. The Store Supervisor achieves this by supporting the Store Manager to inspire the team and create the GODIVA experience for customers.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this position provides daily supervision of the store and team in line with the GODIVA service and operational standards.
Our Baristas & Service Staff deliver exceptional service and consistent quality products. They demonstrate craftsmanship and precision in the preparation and serving of all beverages, desserts and pastries. You will be working with exceptional produce, coffee by one of Australia’s leading roasters and best in class equipment.
We are seeking a candidate available to work with a schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week.
You will supporting the Store Manager to:
- Inspire the team by leading and role modelling the vision and values
- Manage assigned shifts efficiently and effectively
- Create the team environment to deliver memorable GODIVA experiences to each and every customer. Deliver and expect excellence in every little detail
- Engage and develop the team in every detail of the GODIVA service standards to deliver a consistent, remarkable and positive customer service
- Train the team to be product experts and ensure the knowledge is shared with customers at every opportunity
- Achieve the GODIVA service standards and performance goals
- Recruit and select exceptional team members on an ongoing basis
- Ensure a consistent and immaculate presentation of all furnishings and VM
About you:
- Excellent leadership skills and high standards of quality
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail/accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate performance in sales, exceptional service and profitability
- At least 1 year of experience at a similar level with a premium brand
- Barista skills
- Highly initiative-driven and proactive with top-level commitment to the demands of implementation during high growth
- Possess the winning traits and attitudes of a chocolate and food lover who is creative, vibrant, generous-spirited and graceful
