The Role:
ARB is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development and commercialisation of automotive and 4x4 products. This senior role is ideal for a commercially driven product leader with strong automotive product development, program management, and engineering leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end automotive product development from concept through to launch and lifecycle management
- Lead commercially viable product programs including business cases, ROI, margins, and cost targets
- Deliver complex product development programs on time, to budget, and to market requirements
- Lead and influence engineering and product development teams
- Drive design-to-cost, value engineering, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product commercialisation
- Manage suppliers and development partners to optimise cost, quality, and delivery
About you:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end automotive, aftermarket or 4x4 product development is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning product profitability and margin outcomes essential
- Demonstrated program management experience across multi-product portfolios
- An active interest in 4x4, camping, or off-road adventure highly regarded.
