Innerwise Clinical Psychology is a busy clinical psychology practice. We provide specialised treatments to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a range of psychological needs.

We are seeking a friendly, empathic, motivated, well-organised, and efficient individual to join our team, providing high quality administrative and reception support in a variety of areas.
You will need to have strong people skills and be enthusiastic and well-presented. You must have excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to multitask and take ownership over a stimulating range of office administration tasks.
This role, which reports directly to the Director and Practice Manager, involves front-of-house reception duties and varied tasks to support and enhance the running of the practice.
The role involves:
- Greeting clients, answering calls, responding to email enquiries, booking appointments, managing waitlists, processing client payments and Medicare rebates and re-booking appointments using an online booking system
- General office duties including scanning and emailing
- Managing payments
- Sending off letters and reports for psychologists
- Sending off intake forms and resources to clients
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Positive attitude towards work and high level of self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Have a natural ability to solve problems
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm whilst dealing with competing demands in a busy office environment
- Ability to think independently and apply skills and ideas beyond the duties required
- Excellent computer skills, including ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel (basic level)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Time management, organisational skills, be prompt and reliable
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to confidentiality of client information
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of team
- Experience in Halaxy or similar software is a bonus.
The practice is located in Penshurst (St George area), and is a one minute walk from the train station.
