We're looking for a commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to help keep Yo-Chi moving. This role is all about building strong supplier partnerships, finding smarter ways of working, and ensuring our venues always have access to the products they need to deliver an incredible customer experience.
You'll be responsible for managing supplier performance, identifying cost saving opportunities, supporting new product launches, and helping drive continuous improvements across our supply chain network. If you love solving problems, negotiating great outcomes and making things happen behind the scenes, this might be the role for you!
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers
- Lead supplier sourcing, onboarding, qualification and performance management
- Negotiate commercial agreements and identify opportunities to improve value and efficiency
- Monitor supplier performance and develop reporting that provides visibility across the supply chain
- Identify and deliver procurement initiatives that improve cost of goods without compromising quality
- Partner with Operations, Finance and Logistics teams to improve systems, processes and inventory management
- Support the successful delivery of new product launches by sourcing ingredients, packaging and supplies
- Work closely with Product Development to bring new ideas to life
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure products arrive on time and in full
- Proactively manage supply chain risks and help solve challenges before they impact our venues
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Sourcing, ideally within QSR, food retail or hospitality
- Strong supplier management and negotiation experience
- A commercial mindset with a track record of identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Experience working with both Australian and international suppliers
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with confidence using data to drive decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or a related field
