Trainer & Assessor – CPC60121 Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying
KAL Training is seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team and deliver the CPC60121 Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging face-to-face and/or online training sessions.
- Assess student competency in accordance with training package requirements.
- Provide academic support and constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA, Standards for RTOs, and KAL Training policies.
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
Essential Requirements -
- Applicant must hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent/currently compliant).
- Applicant must hold qualification CPC60121 Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying
- be licensed as a Building Surveyor Level 1 (or equivalent) or Level 2 (or equivalent) in their state or territory, or
- demonstrate current membership of a relevant industry association and have current registration on the National Building Professionals Register in the Building Industry Control category (level 1), or
- be accredited under the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) National Accreditation Scheme at Building Surveyor level or be accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors as a building certifier.
Desirable
- Previous experience delivering training in an RTO.
- Current industry memberships or registrations.
- Experience with CRICOS and Skills First delivery.
