Working closely with our Sales and Culinary teams, you'll deliver engaging product demonstrations, hands-on training and in-store events that build confidence, inspire customers and strengthen the Miele brand. Your Responsibilities
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, masterclasses and in-store events that showcase the features and benefits of Miele appliances
Build strong relationships with retail partners by delivering product training and sharing expert product knowledge
Create exceptional customer experiences by providing appliance advice, cooking tips and tailored product recommendations
Support store merchandising, demonstration areas and promotional activities to ensure the Miele brand is presented at its best
Collaborate with Sales, Culinary and Marketing teams to execute training programs, events and promotional initiatives
Gather customer and market insights to support continuous improvement and identify new opportunities
Maintain food safety standards, demonstration equipment and event preparation to ensure a premium experience every time
What We Are Looking For
Must-have:
Passion for cooking, food and creating memorable customer experiences
Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience delivering demonstrations, training sessions or customer presentations
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others through engaging communication
Flexibility to travel, work weekends and evenings when required
Nice-to-have:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
Experience within premium retail, hospitality or luxury brands
Understanding of retail sales principles and visual merchandising
Experience coordinating events, cooking classes or product launches
