How the Role Works
- Ad-Hoc Schedule: Perfect for someone wanting occasional extra hours rather than a regular, ongoing weekly roster.
- Advance & Short-Notice Jobs: Most jobs will be booked up to a week in advance, though occasional last-minute opportunities will pop up.
- Varied One-Off Projects: Tasks include detailed builder’s cleans, bond cleans, and specialized one-off jobs.
About You
- The Right Experience (or Attitude!): Experience in builder’s or bond cleaning is a major plus, but any solid cleaning background is welcome if you genuinely enjoy cleaning and bring a positive attitude.
- Detail-Oriented & Efficient: High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints without sacrificing quality.
- Physically Active & Driven: Energetic, self-motivated, and proud of doing a thorough job.
- Reliable & Punctual: Dependable, respectful of deadlines, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and a reliable, registered vehicle to travel to job sites.
- Based in or able to travel across the Whitsundays region (Shute Harbour, Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, and Proserpine areas).
