This exciting new venue operates under the Don Hodge Group/Hodge Hotels banner, joining an established portfolio of venues across Sydney, Newcastle, and regional NSW.
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Supervisors/Duty Managers who want to be part of the foundation team of Sydney's newest greenfield site, the Chipping Norton Hotel. Applicants will have previous pub or club experience and be looking for stability and longevity in the hospitality industry.
We are recruiting for a Duty Manager who can work alongside the senior leaders to manage the day to day operations of the food, beverage, gaming and our soon to be released arcade and bar concept, a very exciting project opening in the coming weeks.

- TAB, Gaming, Food & Beverage operations - Pub style
- Staff management
- Customer relations
- Opening & closing procedures
- Staff training
- Upholding policy & procedures
- Compliance

Pay: $76,500.00 – $79,500.00 per year
