Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing and revenue management strategies.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR performance.
- Forecast demand and analyze booking trends.
- Optimize room inventory across distribution channels.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Manage online travel agency (OTA) and distribution channel performance.
- Recommend promotional campaigns during low-demand periods.
- Ensure revenue management practices align with company objectives.
