As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced Estimator in Heavy Vehicles and Commercial Transport. An excellent opportunity to join a highly motivating team and assisting our team in driving the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Estimating accident damaged and general repairs to Heavy Vehicles.
- Liaising with Insurance assessors, fleet and business managers.
- Assisting in a workshop environment with management and work scheduling.
- Maintain company work processes and policies.
- Manage compliance in WHS and company quality policies and procedures.
- Assist in Leading and developing staff including training and development.
- Assist in the management and compliance of maintenance programs.
- Assist in managing work flow and maintaining KPI's and targets.
- Daily administrative, job costing and estimating requirements.
About You
The successful candidate will need:
- Experience in estimating Heavy Vehicles such as Trucks, buses, trailers and machinery.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and have the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Be available to work full time.
- Have high regard for and quality and WHS processes.
- Able to liaise with management, other staff and clients/customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
- Have the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have at least HR license or be willing to obtain one ( company will assist).
