About the Role:
You've proven you can sell. You've exceeded quota, built pipeline from scratch, and won new business. Now you're ready for a bigger challenge.
At UKG, you'll step beyond SMB sales and partner with organisations with up to 600 employees, working with senior HR and business leaders to solve strategic workforce challenges. As part of one of the world's leading SaaS companies, you'll gain the experience, support and career opportunities to progress toward Enterprise Sales.
You'll own your territory end to end—developing strategy, generating pipeline, leading consultative sales cycles, building business cases, engaging executive stakeholders, negotiating new business and consistently exceeding your targets. Supported by experienced leaders, Solution Consultants, Marketing and Business Development teams, you'll have everything you need to succeed.
What We're Looking For:
This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious sales professional looking to accelerate their career. You'll bring:
- 2+ years' success in SaaS sales or running your own successful business.
- A track record of exceeding quota and generating new business.
- Experience managing full sales cycles and strong outbound prospecting skills.
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers with a consultative sales approach.
- A genuine desire to learn, grow and progress into Enterprise Sales.
