Operations Manager / Future General Manager (Training Provided)

Onyx Roofing is looking for a driven, capable individual to step into a key operations role, with a clear pathway to become a General Manager.
This is a hands-on position within a growing roofing and construction business. You’ll be working closely with the director, learning all aspects of operations, and progressively taking ownership of projects, teams, and performance.
You don’t need direct roofing experience — we will train you. But you must have a solid understanding of the building/construction environment and be able to grasp standards, tolerances, and quality expectations.
The role:
Assist in managing daily operations and job scheduling
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure projects meet quality and compliance standards
Problem-solve on-site and support project delivery
Grow into a leadership role overseeing operations
