About the role
Banette Bayside is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Wynnum, Queensland.
As the Banette Brand grows, we are looking to expand our operations and grow our retail spae.
As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store to ensure it runs efficiently and provides an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the store team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining proper stock levels
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing guidance and support to the sales team
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute strategic plans
- Monitor and maintain the store's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and financial management
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in retail management or a related field would be an advantage

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
