An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Energetiks retail management team on a permanent full-time basis.

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, inspiring and developing their team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong relationships within the local dance community.
Based at our Energetiks store in Croydon NSW, this is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role, ideal for someone who is passionate about dance and enjoys leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a high level of customer service and workplace culture
- Coach, develop and motivate your team
- Drive store performance and growth to achieve KPIs
- Build strong relationships with local dance schools, teachers and community
- Office administration, rostering, planning and reporting
- Ensure a proactive approach to store operations, stock management and presentation
- Maintain company policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you will have:

Availability to work full-time on both weekdays and weekends
- A background in dance, including previous experience with classical ballet
- Confident leading people and decision-making, management experience preferred
- Strong administrative skills and confidence with computer systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- An enthusiastic, positive and customer focused approach with a genuine passion for dance
