Great Ocean Road Pest Control is a well-established, family-owned business servicing homes and businesses throughout the beautiful Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road region.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our team as a full-time Pest Control Technician. Previous pest control experience is welcome, but it’s not essential—we’re happy to train the right person.

What we offer
Guaranteed annual salary
● Salary from $60,000 to $85,000 per year, plus superannuation, depending on your experience, qualifications and performance.

Our workload is seasonal, with our busiest period running from spring through autumn. During the quieter winter months you’ll remain employed while completing training, equipment maintenance, business improvement projects and other valuable work that helps keep the business operating at a high standard.

The role
You’ll perform a variety of pest management services, including:
● General pest treatments.
● Spider treatments.
● Rodent control.
● Termite inspections.
● Installing and servicing monitoring systems.
● Providing friendly, professional customer service.
● Maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
● Completing electronic job reports using our business systems.
No two days are the same, and you’ll enjoy working across some of Victoria’s most beautiful coastal locations.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
● Is honest, reliable and well presented.
● Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
● Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Speaks English confidently and professionally.
● Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.
● Holds a current Australian driver’s licence (or can obtain one before starting).
● Is willing to learn and build a long-term career.
Previous experience in pest control, arboriculture, building maintenance, landscaping, trades or customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
