$36 – $45/hr | Mental Health & Support Worker
We’re seeking female support workers to assist a participant with mental health needs and ASD Level 3 focusing on connection, emotional regulation, daily routines and increasing independence in a SIL setting.
Regular shifts available:
- Weekday shifts (mornings, evenings, inactive overnights)
- Weekend shifts (mornings, evenings, inactive overnights)
- Respite opportunities
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Calm, patient and reliable
- Experienced in mental health or psychosocial disability welcomed
- Comfortable following a Safety Plan
- Open to more hours over time
- Able to provide transport when required
- Tech-savvy (shift notes completed in app)
