Provide a dedicated Site Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all site works. Duties include supervision of subcontractors and workforce, interpretation of civil, architectural and landscape drawings, coordination of site activities, scheduling of works, quality assurance, ITP inspections and hold points, SWMS implementation, toolbox talks, WHS compliance, daily site diaries, progress reporting, coordination of deliveries and site logistics, traffic management coordination, liaison with the Principal Contractor, consultants and authorities, defect management, and ensuring all works are completed in accordance with the contract documents, project specifications, Australian Standards and relevant council requirements.
Pay: $500.00 – $750.00 per day
