We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Shepparton retail team on a casual basis, covering Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with extended hours during January. This role is available for an immediate start.
About the role:
- Lead a customer focused retail operation, delivering outstanding service to students, parents and school communities.
- Manage retail operations including people leadership, stock control, showroom presentation, and compliance.
- Develop and coach team members to achieve business objectives and uphold Campion's values.
- Drive continuous improvement, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence across the retail function.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and business performance.
What you’ll need:
- Effective communication skills
- Experience managing staff
- Strong customer service background
- Valid driver’s licence
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
