About you
Excited about continuing you career as a Document Automation Analyst, you are keen to expand on your experience in providing document automation services in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Your will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas;
- Familiarity with the document automation requirements of a large law firm
- Advanced skills and experience in document automation in either HotDocs or XpressDox
- Advanced skills in creating multi document packs based off interview questions with bespoke client requirements.
- Basic SQL understanding of tables and field mappings.
- Basic understanding of Office macro generation
- Able to understand stakeholder requirements and map those requirements to outputs within the document automation platform
- Experience liaising with Vendors and implementing solutions
- Be a team player with a solution-focused approach and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Your previous experience will demonstrate that you have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritise and manage deadlines and an appetite for exceeding customer expectations in responsiveness and resolutions.
Your role
Working within the IT team, this role will provide a range of document automation solutions to the firm and its clients in line with the firm's vision, strategy and business operations within the legal industry. You’ll have substantial autonomy over your work outputs, trusted to deliver quality results for the firm.
