About the Role
- Play a pivotal role in `Changing Lives', by encouraging customers to take the first step in improving their hearing health by promoting free hearing checks
- Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve sales and KPIs
- Drive new lead generation through in-store customer engagement, and support our existing customer base
- Manage store operations including rostering, stock, and procedural compliance
- Use data and insights to improve Store performance
About You
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service leadership
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Results-driven with a focus on superior customer experience
- Proactive, organised, and confident working with KPIs
- Available for retail hours (including Weekends & Thursday nights)
Training & Support
- Two weeks of full-time training in Brisbane (all expenses covered)
